Dutch Renaissance-Inspired Dripping Springs Wedding
Jessie and Andrew had a Dutch Renaissance inspired wedding day planned and designed by the sweetest, Cassie of Heavenly Day Events. Picture this: moody lighting, candelabras, bust sculptures, colorful florals and fresh fruit on the tables. And to top it off? The fashion was SO fun and expressive. This Dripping Springs wedding brought together the absolute best team who focused on fashion, florals, and design!
Creative Coupleβs Dripping Springs Wedding
Jessie and Andrew are the coolest couple and both creatives in their own right with the bride having worked in floral design. They were set on a specific vision that celebrated their unique style and personalities and created a memorable experience for their guests. This Dripping Springs wedding shows exactly why you should work with a team who truly gets your vision and will go above and beyond to help you bring it to life.
Stunning Pink Wedding Dress
The bride wore a pink, floral print Tara La Tour gown. When she sent me a picture, I gasped. I knew we needed to create some drama for their portraits. And for the ceremony, her aunt made her a custom pink cape. It was SO her and I love that she wasn't afraid to break traditions and wear what made her feel most confident and true to herself.
Funky Wedding Cake
And the cake? It was a work of art almost too pretty to eat by none other than Deaux Baker. Her style is very sculpture-esque and funky and was a perfect fit.
It was so much fun working with such a creative couple (and team)! Itβs days like this that feel like βplay.β As it should. If youβre looking for a photographer who will embrace your vision, reach out because I love getting to capture your distinct style.
Kind words from Andrew:
βFrom the engagement session that introduced us to her work, through the planning process, leading up to our wedding day, Lauren's professionalism and artistic approach shone through. Her ability to capture candid moments, use of natural light, and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful collection of photographs.
Lauren's warm and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend (her) for anyone seeking a photographer in the Austin area. Thank you, Lauren, for making our day truly special!β
